About Me
Hi, I'm Sanjog Adhikari — a problem-solver passionate about data analytics and IT service management. I recently completed my Master’s in Information Systems and Data Science from Charles Darwin University.
I enjoy working at the intersection of data analysis and IT service management — whether that means turning raw data into meaningful dashboards, or diagnosing and resolving technical issues that impact real users. I’m particularly interested in how data can be used to improve systems, processes, and decision-making.
Through hands-on projects and practical IT work, I’ve developed experience in troubleshooting, documentation, and supporting modern tools such as Microsoft 365, Power BI, and cloud-based platforms. I value clear communication, structured problem-solving, and building solutions that are both reliable and user-focused.
