The DigiKey app is a prototype mobile application designed to transform hotel and resort operations through seamless digital key access and contactless check-in. This innovation was created to address operational challenges related to late-night arrivals and staffing limitations.

- 50% of Darwin flights arrive around midnight, causing late check-ins
