About Me

I have recently completed my Master’s degree in Information Technology, with a major in Information Systems and Data Science. I am actively seeking opportunities in the IT sector, particularly in Data Analysis, IT Support, Desktop Support, or Customer Support roles.

My technical skill set includes proficiency in Power BI, Python, SQL, and database management. I am also currently expanding my knowledge in IT Service Management through ITIL, to strengthen my capabilities in desktop and technical support environments.

During my postgraduate studies, I participated in several large-scale data analysis projects, which sharpened my analytical and problem-solving skills. Prior to my Master’s, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology (BSc CSIT), further laying a strong foundation in computing and information systems.
